The Hannya mask has a 500-year history in Japanese culture. Featured in Japanese theatre, it is used to represent many different emotions, from anger, jealosy and wisdom. It may also represent a woman, a serpent and even a dragon.
The design of the Hannya Mask featured on our speakers was conceived by Charles AP, AKA Blackout Brother, renowned for his translation of Japanese traditional art into a modern fantasy genre. His design for Concierge Audio takes this genre to a completly new and dramatic level. It provides our Reference Music System with the most visually striking example of the perfect blending of visual and sonic art.
